I wrote this to fiido personally as we were so very happy. It’s been more than a week later and we are 100% still in love with these scooters! Fiido has treated us great from day 1. We had so many questions and concerns over the course of months leading up to our purchase. Fiido replied almost immediately each time, thoroughly addressing our questions, and providing us with additional information to assist in customizing the scooters for our needs (we wanted children seats attached). The ride is so smooth, the scooters fold to fit in the back of our 4Runner, and it’s so quiet! We really are making some good memories with these scooters!
