-Product

1.Will spokes need to exchange frequntly?

Fiido E-Bike provides a one-piece wheel design, which eliminates the need for regular inspections and replacement of spokes.

2.Do I need to buy a battery rack when purchasing an extended battery?

We strongly recommend riders who considering extender batteries to buy the rack together, as that would be much easier to carry the batteries. But if riders have their own ways to carry batteries (such as bags), it would be okay to purchase the battery seperately.

3.Why does a single battery provide a range of 84 miles, while three batteries provide 248 miles？

This data is based on actual testing. The addition of extra batteries leads to an increase in the overall vehicle weight, which in turn increases the load on the battery pack. Such increased consumption by the battery pack is a common influencing factor in the performance parameters of electric vehicles.

-How to use

1. Where can I place the extra batteries on the bike?

The exclusive rack which can carry two more batteries can be purchased separately, which can keep all the batteries safe and offers ranges up to 248 miles.

2.Is the display easy to repair and replace?

Yes. This innovative display is modular designed and can be replaced within 10 minutes.

3.What are the advantages of connecting my bike to the Fiido mate smartwatch or Fiido App？

You can start the entire bike through the Fiido Mate or app effortlessly and monitor real-time sports data such as heart rate and blood oxygen during your ride. Additionally, you can share and exchange cycling insights and experiences with cycling enthusiasts worldwide.

4.Why can i unlock the bike with the proximity dunction via the watch,but the app can't?

You may not notice that when the app is not using, it can be easily killed by the iOS or Android background processes and forced to deep sleep, making it unable to be activated to use in real-time. Using the app for the proximity start can easily result in bugs. Therefore, for user-friendly considerations, we have not implemented this feature for the app. However, this will not prevent you from exploring the more exciting and interesting features through the app.

1.Is it possible to ride in rainy weather?

However, we do not recommend riding in bad weather for safety considerations.The bike has an IP54 Rating for the whole bike,which means it is waterproof in general.

2.When will I receive the bike and accessories?

The first batch of Fiido Titan will be shipped out in Novermber, most orders will arrive within 1 month for pre-orders or 5-10 business days for normal orders. Please understand that our accessories will be shipped from China seperately, which may take 10 more business days for delivery.

3.How long is the warranty?

For most parts of the bike ,they come with a one-year warranty,please check our warranty page for more details.
