I ordered a new freewheel as a replacement of the original part on my D2 ebike. The order was smooth. I got the tracking email early on with which I was able to follow the package until I got it. The freewheel is like to original. Thanks Fiido!

I had good contact with the client service about a defect on my foldable e-bike. They helped me find the correct replacement part, we ordered it. It did take about 2 weeks to receive it, but after replacing the damged part I can drive my bike again no problem!
