Don't worry, the fingerprint lock components are very easy to replace. You can also start the Fiido Air using the watch and app, ensuring no inconvenience to your ride.
We've considered and tested this scenario. Simply wipe off the water on the surface with your hand, and the device will function normally. If you prefer not to use the fingerprint feature, you can delete the fingerprint information and use it as a power button instead. However, with the fingerprint feature, the bike is exclusively yours, and others cannot use it.
The bike's startup method isn't limited to just fingerprints; you can also start it with a smartwatch or the app.
There's an adjustment structure beneath the seat post that allows you to adjust the seat height. The seat height adjustment range for the whole bike is between 92cm and 101cm.
There's no battery indicator on the bike itself. You can check the battery level using either the smartwatch or the app. The initial design intention was to keep the bike pure, with only safety lights and no other electrical components exposed, including any visible wiring.
The advertised data was collected under conditions of flat terrain, ECO mode, and an ambient temperature of 25 degrees Celsius. Riders weighing 75 kilograms have recorded distances exceeding 100 kilometers. However, we understand that some may not understand the difference between ECO and TURBO modes in terms of energy saving, so we've chosen to be conservative in our advertising.
The design philosophy behind AIR is to pursue extreme lightness and simplicity. During the product design phase, the team believed that removable batteries would add extra weight, contradicting the product's lightweight nature. Therefore, to maintain the product's lightweight and minimalist characteristics, the decision was made not to adopt a removable battery design. This decision was made after comprehensive consideration of product weight, structure, and performance.

Fiido Air has three levels of power-assist modes. Eco, sport, and turbo are ranked from low to high power output. Eco mode provides the smallest power and is the most environmentally friendly mode. In contrast, turbo mode offers the highest power output and fastest speed. You can switch to the right level base on your cycling needs.
The original intention behind the design of Fiido Air is to provide users with a more scientific and healthier cycling experience. Therefore, you can start the entire bike through the Fiido Mate or app effortlessly and monitor real-time sports data such as heart rate and blood oxygen during your ride. Additionally, you can share and exchange cycling insights and experiences with cycling enthusiasts worldwide.
The battery can be disassembled, but it is not recommended to remove it frequently to protect it from the whole design. Suppose you need to charge the battery separately. In that case, we recommend purchasing an extender battery for further use.
