Perfezione

La bici è bellissima a dir poco; leggera, esteticamente bella, e con batteria che dura, tenendola ovviamente non al massimo della potenza! Unico cosa, per quanto mi riguarda ovviamente, l’orologio non mi occorre, vorrei effettuare il reso ma non si può fare! Grazie a tutto lo staff!

troublesome

problems problems problems, connects but won't update properly, customer service has been really great. So far to no success, sleep app never works but once and it said I slept for 67 hours weather has never loaded main screen too touchy always tryiing to change face no sync function button even the app is still showing the original data and an incorrect date. shows connecting and syncing but always the same data

Greetings and thank you for choosing Fiido. Based on your feedback, it appears that your watch may not have synchronized with the Fiido APP yet. To synchronize, please use the Fiido APP and search to add the watch (FIIDO_S3). Ensure that the time is synchronized first. Additionally, when recording sleep, the watch and the APP need to remain connected between 8 p.m. and 9 p.m. This will allow for the sleep data to be updated by 9 a.m. the following day. If this procedure still does not resolve your issue, please feel free to contact our after-sales team at support@fiido.com.
